Without giving up all the keys we’ve developed during our 7 years of trial and error, extensive research, and consumption of our fair share of sub-par spirits, we’ll put y’all up on a few. After all, the colonel still hasn’t given up the 7 herbs and spices. Naturally free of THC and CBD, the hemp creates a nuanced, balanced, unique spirit with a character unlike any other in the world. The inclusion of the plant from the beginning of the process, as an ingredient in our grain bill is what sets us apart from others who incorporate hemp as an afterthought. The myriad of contributions derived from the use of hemp evolve throughout the process as the form of the plant changes.
