Sweetheart of the Rodeo is a harmonious blend of two distinct Straight Bourbons, one sweet and one on the spicier side. Aged slowly and blended perfectly, Sweetheart is a well-balanced Bourbon with just the right bite on the finish to round out the caramel sweetness.

This bourbon is slowly aged in American white oak barrels. The high-rye mash offers sweet vanilla and caramel flavors balanced with floral and citrus notes. Notes of caramel and brown sugar. Warm, spicy finish.
