Old Humble Double Oak Straight Rye is made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley and aged in whiskey barrels for at least 2 years. We then add additional wood to the barrels for anywhere between 6 and 12 weeks to supercharge the barrel flavor and give our whiskey a unique and distinctive flavor you can only find in Texas. We then bottle it at 90 proof using Texas rainwater we collect at the distillery. Old Humble Double Oak Straight Rye is a distinctively unique revival of America’s first whiskeys with a flavor as bold as Texas.
