Description
The gold medal winning Old Humble Special Reserve is made from 91% corn and 9% malted barley. We age it 5 years in used barrels and finish it in new, craft barrels for anywhere between 6 and 16 weeks for a deeper, darker finish and taste. We then bottle it at 90 proof using Texas rainwater we collect at the distillery. Old Humble Special Reserve is a smooth whiskey with a deep flavor and a clean, smooth finish that you look for in a sipping whiskey.
