Maestro Dobel 50 Cristalino Extra Anejo is handcrafted in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber Agaves expertly grown and sourced from a single family-owned estate. It is aged in American and Eastern European oak barrels for a minimum of three years. The artisanal process includes slow-cooking, slow double-distillation and a unique refinement process, then aging in American and Eastern European oak barrels.

Gran Centenario Leyenda Tequila is an extra anejo tequila produced by Tequila Leyenda, a distillery located in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico, and owned by Becle SAB de. The tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, sourced from the fertile fields of the Los Valles region in Jalisco. The agave plants are carefully cultivated and harvested to ensure the highest quality. The agave processing involves cooking the agave in traditional autoclaves under high pressure, followed by a roller mill extraction. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, and the tequila is double distilled in column stills to achieve a smooth and refined spirit. Gran Centenario Leyenda Tequila is aged briefly to maintain its vibrant flavors, resulting in a 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) (80 proof) tequila. Gran Centenario Leyenda Tequila is best served neat or on the rocks, allowing its intricate flavors to shine through. It also pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, seafood dishes, and spicy cuisine. Its robust flavors complement these dishes’ savory and spicy elements, enhancing the dining experience. The story of 400 Conejos begins with a native Mesoamerican religious tradition that allowed only priests to establish a channel of communication with the gods by practicing ritual drinking of beverages made from agave. The gods of the drinks were called centzon-totochtin (400 rabbits) in Nahuatl. It is believed that the spirit of the 400 rabbits carries on to this day in each bottle of this fine, award-winning mezcal. Perfect on its own or in your favorite cocktail to add a bit of smoke.
