Each bottle of LALO Tequila Blanco is 100% pure. We distill only twice to maintain the integrity of our agave, add no flavors and use only three ingredients: fully mature agave, champagne yeast and deep well water to honor the complex essence of agave.

Our label, featuring the brand’s iconic rooster Ramon, is inspired by the famous Mexican artist Jose Guadalupe Posada and references the charge in the fight for Mexico’s independence. The color is clear with a platinum cast. On the nose are aromas of delicate, sweet agave, floral notes, tropical fruit and lemon zest with a hint of pepper. In the mouth, there is a soft feel, light- to medium-bodied palate with bright agave flavor, and notes of pepper, vanilla bean and grilled pineapple. 1800 Silver Tequila (also known as “1800 Blanco Tequila”) has made from 100% Weber blue agave handpicked from their family-owned ranches in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave plants are grown high above the sea in mineral-rich soil in the highlands. They take 8-12 years to ripen and can only be harvested once. The Tequila is then double-distilled and matured in French and American oak wooden barrels selected by the 1800 Maestro Tequilero. A unique selection of white tequilas has blended for added complexity and character. It is a painstaking process but one that yields a smoother Tequila with superior flavor. 1800 Silver is crystal clear Tequila with blond highlights. Its aroma is soft, sweet, floral with fruit, spice, black peppercorns, and agave notes. The smooth, clean, and balanced flavor offers hints of sweet prune and roasted pepper. It has a medium finish with fruity pepper fade. This 1800 Blanco Tequila has bottled at 80 proof (40% alcohol by volume).
