Introduced more than 80 years ago, Jagermeister Herbal Liqueur, German for “Master Hunter,” is the #1 selling imported liqueur in the US. Jagermeister is a blend of 56 roots, fruits, herbs, and spices sourced from all over the world. These botanicals undergo a gentle maceration process, then every drop is harmonized in 445 massive oak casks resting for one year. The taste of Jagermeister Herbal Liqueur is both balanced and harmonious. Initial nose of spice, such as star anise, cinnamon, clove, and cardamom. As one sips at precisely -18 degrees Celsius, one enjoys the glories of anise, fennel, coffee, orange, burnt sugar, and cola. The finish is a harmony of complex bitterness and herbaceous mystery. Dry, long, yet not overly sweet, Jagermeister is preparing the palate to re-engage once more. Nature made it, we put it in a bottle. The highest-grade herbs, blossoms, roots, and fruits from around the globe are crafted into 4 distinct macerates, then combined in modern-day alchemy into our herbal spirit. The full ingredient list is a closely guarded secret, but raise a glass to your lips and you’ll taste all 4 corners of the world. In the darkness of their depths, the macerates are left to blend and mature for up to a year until they become liquid German perfection. Our taste profile stands out in any crowd. Enjoy!

Every ingredient for Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur is meticulously sourced to create an exceptional spirit. Ginger, revered for centuries for its health and mystical qualities, is carefully selected from Asia. Only baby ginger is chosen for its distinct flavor profile and viscosity. It is hand-cut, rinsed, and allowed to dry for several days before being incorporated into the recipe. To enhance the complexity, hand-selected Tahitian vanilla beans and Provencal honey are added in precise amounts, resulting in a flavor that is both balanced and indulgent. French distillers have refined the art of crafting premium spirits for generations, and Domaine de Canton reflects this heritage. Prepared baby ginger is transported to the St. Dalfour Distillery in France, where it is macerated with a clear, crisp distillate known as eau de vie, or “Water of Life.” It is then married with French Cognac, distilled in the renowned Aquitaine region, an area celebrated for Cognac and Bordeaux wines. The union of ginger, eau de vie, and fine French Cognac creates the signature Domaine de Canton flavor, distinguished and one of a kind. Bottled at 28% ABV, it offers depth and versatility, perfect on its own or as a key ingredient in Domaine de Canton cocktails. A fourth-generation Master Distiller oversees every batch of production, ensuring that each blend of flavors, eau de vie, and Cognac is carried out with the utmost care. Every batch is rigorously tasted and tested before release, guaranteeing quality in every bottle. Free of preservatives, additives, or colorants, Domaine de Canton maintains its authenticity, with subtle color variations that reflect its natural craftsmanship.

In the late 19th century during the Belle Epoque era in Paris, the renowned Absinthe culture was at its height of infamy. Absinthe was the trademark drink of artists like Degas, Manet, Picasso, Van Gogh, Toulouse-Lautrec and Oscar Wilde. To recall this glorious time, Grande Absente, Absinthe Originale recalls one of the oldest traditional Absinthe recipes from the south of France. Handcrafted at the Distilleries et Domaines in Provence like it was in 1860, Grande Absente is made exclusively with the highest quality spirits and select botanicals, including a full measure of the legendary botanical Wormwood, also know as Artemisia Absinthium. What sets Grande Absente apart is the combination of French artisanal distillation techniques and high-quality mix of regional botanicals which result in a great tasting Absinthe, a surprisingly refreshing drink that’s out of this world. Remember, Grande Absente is a traditional French Verte Absinthe recipe at 138 proof, so please always drink with extreme caution!

Tuaca is an enticing blend of Italian Brandy, Mediterranean Citrus and Vanilla Spice. It has a storied history with a recipe that remains much the same as when it helped fuel the Italian Renaissance. Tuaca is a fine spirit with subtle notes of vanilla and citrus, hints of butterscotch, cola, dried fig and other flavors that reveal themselves uniquely to each individual drinker. The result is a complex and versatile flavor that can be enjoyed chilled or used to bring new life to your favorite cocktail. 35% ABV THE HISTORY Legend has it that the liquid was first blended to commemorate Lorenzo de Medici. Remembered as The Magnificent, Lorenzo ruled over Florence, Italy in the 15th century and was a generous benefactor to artists who ultimately defined this remarkable time. The resulting recipe created in his honor has since survived more than 500 years. The fine brandy used to make Tuaca comes from a town east of Roma named Anagni, known for producing some of the finest grapes in Italy. In the 1930s, brothers-in-law Gaetano Tuoni and Giorgio Canepa recreated the recipe and named it Tuaca, a combination of their last names. And During World War II, American servicemen stationed in Livorno, Italy discovered the unique flavor of Tuaca and searched for it, albeit in vain, upon their return to America. In the late 1950s, an astute importer from San Francisco brought Tuaca to the United States to begin its reign as the perfect spirit to turn an ordinary night into one you will remember forever. WHAT IS BRANDY? Brandy comes alive when wine is distilled. Traditionally poured neat, its no wonder our blend serves perfectly in a shot glass. Though you can find brandy across the winemaking world, ours is proudly Italian and finished with citrus and vanilla. Thats why it brings a surprising twist to traditional brandy cocktails. For those looking to try a brandy blend thats anything but ordinary, Tuaca, and then… Awards San Francisco World Spirits Competition – 2005, 2007, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015
