Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey Four Roses Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley. Straight bourbon must be aged for a minimum of two years — Four Roses Bourbon is aged for a minimum of eight years in newly charred, white-oak casks. The high rye content in the bourbon creates a rich, spicy flavor and gives the bourbon notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. A proprietary yeast culture used to ferment the mash produces a light, fruity balance to the spiciness and the aging process gives the bourbon notes of maple syrup and caramel. It’s complex, full-bodied and surprisingly smooth with a delicate, long finish that’s unbelievably mellow. The nose offers dried spice, pear, cocoa, vanilla & maple syrup. It is robust, full-body, mellow with hints of ripe plum & cherries which gives smooth & delicately long finish. You’ll want to savor the taste of Four Roses Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey again and again. Drink straight up or on the rocks. Enjoy!

James E. Pepper 1776 Bourbon honors one of Kentucky’s most storied whiskey names, revived at the historic James E. Pepper Distillery in Lexington. The 1776 designation celebrates both American independence and the whiskey rebellion spirit that defines bourbon culture. This expression uses a high-rye mash bill that creates bold, spicy bourbon true to pre-Prohibition style. The nose immediately announces the high rye content – robust spice notes of black pepper and cinnamon mingle with traditional bourbon sweetness of caramel and vanilla. There’s a boldness here that harkens back to historic bourbon profiles, with notes of leather, tobacco, and dark fruit adding complexity. On the palate, 1776 delivers an assertive experience: the high rye creates an initial spice attack balanced by flavors of brown sugar, cherry, dark chocolate, and toasted oak, with a peppery character that lives up to the Pepper name throughout. What makes this bourbon special is its commitment to historical accuracy in flavor profile. The finish is long and warming, with persistent spice balanced by lingering sweetness and oak. This is bourbon for those who appreciate bold, spicy profiles and historical significance. Whether enjoyed neat to appreciate its rebellious character, or in cocktails that benefit from a spicy backbone, James E. Pepper 1776 represents a successful revival that honors the past while delivering contemporary quality. It’s liquid history with a kick.

Sutter Home Chardonnay Sutter Home Chardonnay Wine is crafted with grapes harvested from premium cool-climate vineyards throughout California, including Santa Barbara County, Lake County, and the marine-influenced Delta region, where grapes develop lush tropical fruit aromas and complex layers of flavor. It is rich and elegant with a silky-smooth texture. The fresh aromas of ripe pear and zesty citrus lead to creamy peach and juicy apple flavors on the palate. It’s a luxurious experience from the first refreshing sip to the full, lingering finish. The smooth, round texture and rich, creamy, fruit flavors persist into a long, flavorful aftertaste. To create this beautifully balanced Chardonnay, winemakers use partial malolactic fermentation and wood aging to impart a smooth, round texture and rich, creamy tones to the wine. Afterward, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to retain the varietal’s classic fresh, fruit character and acidity. Sutter Home Chardonnay pairs well with seafood, chicken, pork chops, and creamy-sauce pasta. Raise a glass to friends and family with this elegant Chardonnay. Enjoy!
