Old Humble Double Oak Straight Rye is made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley and aged in whiskey barrels for at least 2 years. We then add additional wood to the barrels for anywhere between 6 and 12 weeks to supercharge the barrel flavor and give our whiskey a unique and distinctive flavor you can only find in Texas. We then bottle it at 90 proof using Texas rainwater we collect at the distillery.
