    Blue Note Juke Joint Bourbon Whiskey, prepared in Memphis and aged for a minimum of three years, delivers a rich and flavorful experience that balances sweet and spicy notes. Its mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley gives the whiskey a smooth yet complex character, with aromas of sweet corn, allspice, and oak. On the palate, flavors of vanilla, allspice, apricot, and pear mingle with a viscous body, leading to a finish where allspice gradually fades into lingering notes of oak, pear, and vanilla. Bottled unfiltered at 46.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) and 93 proof, this bourbon earned a Double Gold medal at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.   Tasting Notes Aroma: Sweet corn, allspice, and oak.
