Jameson 18 Years Old Limited Reserve is a mellow tasting rare old whiskey matured for at least 18 years in hand-selected American barrels and European oak casks. Jameson 18 Year Old Irish Whiskey is finished in first-fill bourbon barrels add subtle traces of vanilla on the palate. This rite of passage introduces subtle traces of vanilla to an exceptionally balanced, mellow whiskey with a lingering finale of wood, spice, and toffee. The nose has aromatic oils with a touch of wood and spicy toffee. Wonderfully mellow and smooth, a mouthful of complex flavor – fudge, toffee, spice, hints of wood and leather, vanilla and a gentle sherry nuttiness.
