Wheatley Vodka is made in small batches using Harlens one of a kind micro-still and a unique recipe of wheat and other grains. Distilled a total of 10 times, triple filtered, and bottled at 82 proof, this artisanal vodka has a clean, crisp, and fresh taste. Harlen has always wanted to make a premium vodka, and knows from experience that wheat offers a delicate and balanced flavor profile. The wheat recipe is cooked, fermented, and distilled seven times on the micro-still before being married with a recipe made from other grains and distilled an additional three times. As Harlen describes it, This is how vodka is supposed to taste. 41% ABV. TASTING NOTES Pure and crisp on the nose. The fresh and clean taste finishes with hint of soft vanilla. This is the way vodka should taste. The San Patricio is an old Spanish style Gold Rum, 82 proof to honor the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army. We never rush the distilling process and only keep the hearts cut of each batch. We only use refined sulfur free grade A molasses and pure cane sugar from Louisiana Sugar Refining in Gramercy, LA. This is a Co-Op of cane farmers in South Louisiana that grows only the finest of cane. This rum is finished with American White Oak from the mountains of Tennesse where the trees naturally soak up the sugars from the moist mountain environment. The flavors combined on the pallet are like a sweet piece of butterscotch candy.

It has made one batch at a time, closely following co-founders and distillers, Leonard Firestone and Troy Robertson’s proprietary masterpiece recipe to ensure quality and consistency. This Firestone and Robertson TX Blended Whiskey has a one-of-a-kind handcrafted cap from reclaimed cowboy boot leather. It has a woven canvas neck wrap as a tribute to the canvas chuckwagons of their Texan heritage. They call the clover design on their bottle a boot stitch as this pattern has seen within the stitching on cowboy boots. Traces of Texas silver spurs and belt buckles have found in their silver band. TX Blended Whiskey offers vanilla bean, pear, slightly sweet on the nose. The palate has honey butter, banana, and caramel. The finish is long, smooth, and no burn. It is the masterpiece that has bottled at 41% alcohol by volume and created into the perfect recipe.
