The Goliad is a Tennesse style Straight Whiskey comprised of 70% corn base from our family Corn Whiskey base recipe. It is 101 proof to honor the Mighty 101st Airborne Division, US Army. We never rush the distilling process and only keep the hearts cut of each batch. This whiskey is single finished to perfection with new charred American White Oak. All our Oak comes from the mountains of Tennesse where the trees naturally soak up the sugars from the moist mountain environment. There are no added color or flavorings is Sean’s whiskey. We use only the finest grains available from Denton, TX. The Co-Op of farmers growing only NGO and single strain grains. This group of farmers have been growing the same strains of grains for the last 100 years and plan to be growing for the next 100 years. That way our product will not change due to the different grain supply. Our Cane Sugar comes from Louisiana Sugar Refining in Gramercy, LA. This is a Co-Op of cane farmers in South Louisiana that grows only the finest of cane.
