Using traditional methods, we crush our oven-baked, 100% Blue Weber agave with a volcanic tahona stone, releasing the sweet agave juices and fibers. The fibers are then distilled twice and aged in four types of oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. Finally, we filter the aged tequila through American oak charcoal, resulting in a crystal-clear, shimmering liquor that is smooth, with a sweet finish and delicate flavor.
