Real Spirits Gin was distilled three times in our hand-hammered copper pot still. For the third distillation we add botanicals directly into the pot itself and our inline gin basket to allow for a more precise infusion. We use ten different botanicals in our gin- juniper, corriander, angelica root, orris root, grains of paradise, lavender, grapefruit, lemon, orange, and bottlebrush. The leaves of the bottlebrush tree lend a unique flavor of sweet menthol with hints of tropical fruit and banana. Our distinctive process and ingredients result in a more pronounced mouthfeel and additional dimensions of flavor. Enjoy the same way you would any fine gin or whiskey- in a Martini, on the rocks, or our favorite, the Nagroni.

Sazerac Rye 6 Year Old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey that dates back to the 1800s, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street, where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud’s Bitters. The libation became known as the “Sazerac,” and America’s first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all. Sazerac Rye has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, in part because of the unique recipe and rye used, and in part because of the thorough distillation process done at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Sazerac Rye Straight Rye Whiskey is aged for a minimum of six years in the Kentucky heat before a small batch of barrels are married together. The whiskey has a copper-bronze color, along with an aroma of rye, malt, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper.
