The namesake brand quickly became the number-one-selling Bourbon whiskey in Kentucky. Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond 7-Year-Old Bourbon is made with a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 12% malted barley. To be labeled a BIB, the whiskey must be the product of one distillation season and one distiller at a single distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse under U.S. government supervision for at least four years, and it must be bottled at precisely 100 proof. Additionally, the BIB label must identify the distillery where it was distilled and where it was bottled, if different.
